This mini-album was composed and recorded during few semi-improvised sessions in May - July 2013 in Abgrund Tonstudio, Berlin.

I'm publishing it in its raw and unfinished form. Some songs contain fewer instrument-tracks than originally planned or no vocals at all. Some of them could have been more polished or recorded with better precision, but after all, it was not the point and idea behind "Fears & Rituals".

Although this release isn't finished as a musical composition, it does conclude a certain part of my life. Thus the last song, "Descent (Lokabrenna)", is like a full stop at the end of a book. Or maybe an ellipsis?
